既然如此,我和朋友就每人點了一杯酒,問一問成分,「越薑」有威士忌、越南薑、熱茶、薑味糖漿,「茅顫」則有自家製香茅浸氈酒、雪碧、青檸、薄荷,都很有越南特色。

餐廳主打粉麵又怎可以不點幾碗來試。最喜歡是香茅牛肉撈檬,將酸子水、蠔油和魚露等煮成調味料,混入醃過的西冷牛肉炒香,軟腍入味,吃前別忘記加入餐廳自行調配的越南汁,椰糖、越南魚露、青檸汁等,酸甜惹味。

喜歡湯麵的朋友則可以試生牛肋片湯河粉,湯底由老薑、八角、桂皮、草果、香草等,再加入牛骨熬製六小時,鮮香味美;配以肉質軟嫰的牛肋片,perfect!

手撕豬肉捲餅 $78

靈感取自北京片皮鴨,沒有鴨肉,大廚換來了越南常用的食材豬肉,慢煮18小時後拆成幼絲,伴碟的還有炸豬皮、花生碎、炸蒜粒、薄荷葉和芽茶等,一併加到餅皮上,淋上少許秘製醬汁,果真很有片皮鴨風味,不過卻同時帶點越南feel,感覺真複雜!

酸子醬慢煮豬肋骨 $158

將豬肋骨醃三小時,再慢煮三小時,難怪肉質軟腍;酸子汁用羅望子製成,酸甜開胃,加在豬肋骨上,竟有點像吃西式BBQ Ribs,伴碟的是青蘋果絲,十分清爽。

椰香芒果班㦸卷 $58

最後的甜品也很有特色,用西式crepes包著已燒香的椰絲及芒果肉,伴碟的是椰漿、意大利雲呢嗱雪糕和黑白珍珠,面頭灑上七彩繽紛的金絲糖,無論造型和味道都無得輸!
