在剛過去的復活節假期,大家去了哪裡玩呢?在假期的最後一天,我約了幾位朋友一起去朗廷酒店吃Buffet,因為現在正值我最喜愛的主題:海鮮!這個「超級海鮮聯盟自助餐」價錢由$738起,網上訂位有75折,主打八款海鮮:波士頓龍蝦、加拿大蟹腳、新西蘭生蠔、大蝦、青口、小龍蝦、翡翠螺,另外亦有多種刺身選擇,酒店地點就腳,海鮮控不妨來試試。酒店位於尖沙咀北京道,逛完海港城過來吃飯好方便。單看照片﹐就知道海鮮兵團的陣容強大,還有香港人最喜歡的生蠔。我不吃生蠔,故推薦長蟹腳和大蝦,都夠鮮甜。很久沒「返鄉下」,很思念刺身和壽司吧,這裡的刺身選擇都算多,有帶子、北寄貝、甜蝦、三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、鯛魚、八爪魚等,個人最喜歡帶子,清爽不腥。接著就要去巡視一下Live Stations了。其中一個受歡迎項目,一定是香煎鵝肝,香氣四溢又熱辣辣,一口一塊剛剛好。喜歡熱食的更不能錯過BBQ攤檔,羊扒、牛舌自然是重點,我就更愛燒雞翼和串燒,炭燒香氣撲鼻而來。北京填鴨牛柳、威靈頓牛喇沙朋友說這裡的喇沙做得不錯,我也來了一碗,喇沙味道香濃,主攻蔬菜就不怕太飽肚了。乳豬鹽焗三文魚豉汁粉絲蒸扇貝炒蜆紅酒燴牛橙汁鴨胸香燒黃梅

復活節假期還沒過去,甜品自然也有很多兔仔和雞蛋等裝飾,相當可愛。我尤其喜歡吃那瑪德蓮蛋糕,小巧精緻,蘸一下朱古力漿吃實在不錯;雪糕是回本之作,當然也要多吃幾球!
