To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🧀🍰❝ 原味金賞巴斯克 ❞ $55

☞ 呢個巴斯克蛋糕質感真喺做得唔錯，食落嘅口感滑溜又軟，而且中間有小小流心，食落好creamy，而且原味就會食到佢嘅溫呢拿籽，食完唔會覺得好漏，不過價錢比較貴。

❀ +$5 Double Ristretto

☞ 呢杯加咗Double Ristretto，同我之前喺Ima Coffee飲果杯一樣，都喺好好飲；其實呢杯喺比一般Flat White牛奶再小啲，而且相比標準Espresso 喺濃度低而萃取率高嘅咖啡，Ristretto 喺「短」嘅意思，所以只喺萃取咖啡嘅前中段。所以飲落甜度同埋酸度都比較突出，口感好濃郁，而且飲落好順滑。
