To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一個三點幾既 All Day Breakfast

因為女友之前話想去食All Day Breakfast，本來就係尖沙咀食既到左星期六等女友收工，果時都已經係兩點幾，尖沙咀果間Bricklane，點知，多人到嘔，原來佢地要洗廚房，同埋有好多人未到wow.....個待應話如果要等，要到五點先有得食wow.....所以我同女友決定走人，去另一間度食 All Day Breakfast，所以我就決定帶女友去銅鑼灣 18 Grams食，因為我一直都知依間有 All Day Breakfast 食同一直都想試，所以今次可以滿足晒我同女友既願望，不過當時我都怕要等好耐先有位，因為依間唔大既，不過反正今晚約左朋友都係係銅鑼灣食晚飯，算啦，就算冇位都應該有其他下午茶既哈哈，點知，去到剛剛有兩個位，正!!!!!一坐底，緊係叫左個 All Day Breakfast 先啦，我地配左煙肉之後我就叫左個黑魚子炒蛋多士兩個都正All Day Breakfast 個包好香，炒蛋好嫩滑，不過煙肉太油啦，攪到連Ｄ番茄仔都好油，個塊包下面有Ｄ生菜同Ｄ黑醋，好好味，好開胃呀黑魚子炒蛋多士，依個都好好咪，Ｄ炒蛋依然係咁嫩滑，而且又唔係好油，因為下面既多士唔係吸左好多油，所

 黑魚子炒蛋多士，依個都好好咪，Ｄ炒蛋依然係咁嫩滑，而且又唔係好油，因為下面既多士唔係吸左好多油，所以好好食，而上面既黑魚子如果多多少少會更好食，哈哈，中間亦有少少沙律加黑醋，又係好開胃

之後同女友一人叫左一杯野飲
