To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人的晚餐の三色蛋包飯

晚上在灣仔辦完事，一個人想吃點東西再回家，便去了這家在汕頭街上的日式蛋包飯店試試看。之前看食評說這家店很人氣，長期要排隊，我還蠻幸運8：30去到還有不少空位。我其實很享受一個人的時間（是不是人越來越大反而更喜歡一個人靜一下），有自己的me time其實非常舒服！我點了店長推薦的三色蛋包飯。左邊的是濃茄牛肉，右邊的是咖哩豬肉。中間的蛋很有蛋香而且口感超滑！我覺得這家的汁味道比較淡，是我喜歡的味道，但我在日本吃過的蛋包飯咖哩味都比較濃一點。可能有些人會覺得味道不夠吧。我吃完以後沒有太需要喝水，感覺應該沒有什麽味精，不錯不錯。還有的是他們標明了自己用日本米，吃起來更像日本的風味！這家價錢很親民，沒有加一服務費，店員非常有禮貌，大家不妨一試喔♥
