To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間譚仔喺沙田開咗好耐 之前裝修咗需要快食或者自己一個人食飯都係一個唔錯嘅平價之選今晚叫咗牛肉米線，重慶酸辣（2小辣），配凍檸茶重慶酸辣最少的辣度係二小辣湯底非常之香口 唔會話好鹹配牛肉係一個唔錯嘅選擇本身附送嘅腐竹同芽菜吸收左啲湯非常好味但係食到後面會越食越辣 而且都幾麻 非常之過癮題外話：以前每次都會叫佢哋嘅魚蛋，但感覺佢哋而家嘅魚蛋質素差咗，冇以前咁好食，所以轉左食牛肉

湯底非常之香口 唔會話好鹹
配牛肉係一個唔錯嘅選擇
本身附送嘅腐竹同芽菜吸收左啲湯非常好味
但係食到後面會越食越辣 而且都幾麻 非常之過癮


題外話：以前每次都會叫佢哋嘅魚蛋，但感覺佢哋而家嘅魚蛋質素差咗，冇以前咁好食，所以轉左食牛肉
