To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人食咩好？緊係食米線啦收工去到沙田，想食少少野先返屋企譚仔係最好既選擇，因為近d搭車嘛平時食開麻辣小辣既我今日唔想食太辣，想食d開胃d既野最後揀左普通既酸辣湯+炸醬呢個湯清清地又帶點辣，岩哂我碗炸醬十分大碗，其實有時覺得叫一個餸既份量同叫2個餸差唔多，叫兩個餸個炸醬可能得返呢度既一半或者三份一所以聽過d人講如果2個人食就叫一人叫一個餸就最抵啦😂😂😂炸醬酸酸甜甜，配埋微辣既酸辣湯非常開胃除左米線之外，土匪雞翼係我既至愛個皮脆卜卜又熱辣辣，調味又食食，加埋芝麻十分香口👍🏻所以一個人食米線係最好既選擇✌🏻但係呢度既衛生要改善下，有飛蟲成日係面前飛來飛去，仲停左係我d雞翼骨度好難趕走，好彩唔係係我隻雞翼上面咋
