To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事獲獎舉行慶功宴,筵開兩席,選址要在銅鑼灣,要有廳房及麻雀耍樂,又要符合「筆直」,結果選了太湖海鮮城。訂座時已選定了本月推介之海鮮宴,菜單如下:籠仔薑蔥灼海生蝦,金湯蟹黃翅,因同事喜愛素鵝,遂將石頭窩燒三蔥元貝蚌仁改為素鵝,大海斑兩味:翡翠炒海斑球,炸菜肉絲蒸頭腩,蒜香煎龍蝦球伴天使麵,鮑汁海參縐紗卷,芝麻鹽焗雞,鮮蝦荷葉飯,精彩靚甜品。我們三人先到,到了二樓的接待處,經理說席設在三樓,入了廳房約二十分鐘後,才有服務員發覺這廳房有客到,可能是晚有其他廳房忙於招呼吧。我們等齊「腳」,便開始竹戰了。約個多小時後,及至所有同事到齊,通知經理十五分鐘後開席,經理甫先拿了一膠袋載著的蝦進來,以示生猛。首先上桌的是籠仔薑蔥灼海生蝦,看不似海蝦,但也爽口彈牙,唯無乜蝦味,金湯蟹黃翅,不知金湯是不是南瓜湯,祇是顏色橙澄澄的,但沒南瓜味,也分不出湯料有沒有翅,祇是一堆海鮮料,素鵝是其出名名菜,是炸腐皮包著冬菇絲,雜菜絲之類,香脆可口,大海斑兩味:翡翠炒海斑球,以菜心放底,石斑起肉炒球,肉質鮮美,炸菜肉絲蒸頭腩,也見佳妙,頗多肉之故,鮑汁海參縐紗卷,以炸腐皮捲成蛋卷狀伴碟,中間放炆好的海參,上淋蠔油鮑汁

是晚可自來酒水,免收開瓶費,把酒言歡至夜深,竹戰亦有些少斬獲,人生一樂也。
