To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 親戚送來半島嘉麟樓奶黃月餅,兩年前食過,但記憶糢糊且冇認真食,只留下乾同散嘅不快印象, 一於今次試真d原先擁有美心奶黃月冇話有特別保存方法,估唔到半島嘅要雪藏, 講真有d怕會雪到裂,都係快食為妙餅盒精美,盒身硬淨,十二邊形盒形配以將軍綠啡色盒面,盒面只有標誌的簡單設計,邊沿加入少量暗花,形造東方高貴格調,如有藏明珠在內,個盒必留紀念之用 內裏各月餅安全無缺, 不過原來無獨立包裝,難怪要雪藏嘍,見人地食評話原先已經裂左,而我又未見有咁嘅情況,係我幸運定係人地唔好彩? 以下我講下雪過之後叮左同冇叮嘅情況為免切碎,今次用嘅係某m快餐店之無剧齒塑膠刀,一刀切而非“剧“開叮左叮完後打開微波爐已聞到濃郁奶黃味, 如同聞到熱騰騰的奶黃包餡,叮過後皮沒有裂(安全!) 切時月餅十分脆弱,要小心,切完餅皮有微散,不過仍然保持形狀 原來與美心分別是半島為曲奇皮,美心是酥皮,(難怪餅皮易切散 )因為曲奇皮,吃起來消失了軟的感覺變得微脆,而且較乾,但曲奇皮奶香比較突出,亦比較香甜,(平時喜歡曲奇撻皮)  奶黃餡沒美心的鬆散,較軟滑, 吃時不太狼狽,奶黃餡味道香甜不油膩,甜度適中,不算很甜,

吞下後奶黃的味道仍留在味蕾,齒頰留香,

正因不甜膩吃過少少的六分一再六分一件後,
上癮的病態出現,會想再食,

還是叮過再吃較適合...

有兩年前不快經歷,
而家卻覺得沒問題,好食

好似因為知道左係曲奇皮而接受佢切到散嘅問題,
用食曲奇看待亦接受左佢乾嘅感覺,
嘉麟樓奶黃月餅響心目中洗底成功,


既然做得蛋撻曲奇皮,
唔知嘉麟樓會唔會生產曲奇皮奶黃蛋撻呢?


不過以身為“家庭御用切餅人
嘅身份黎講,
依然希望解決切碎餅皮問題啦~~
