To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食燒肉唔一定要三五成群，一個人都可以食到，仲要好高質😍呢間嚟自日本東京嘅一人燒肉專門店燒肉LIKE，採用每人一爐，自己嘢食自己燒，好方便🤩除咗唔同嘅燒肉套餐及單品，仲有推出海鮮。牛3種盛套餐😇今次我點咗醬油味特大虎蝦套餐裡面有醬油味特大虎蝦、牛五花、牛板腱虎蝦真係好大隻，而且蝦肉好彈牙😋，蝦膏又多，鮮味十足😍 牛五花脂肪豐盛，每一啖都充滿肉嘅鮮味及油脂香😌 而牛板腱就偏扎實，牛肉味突出，亦較有口感另外亦order 咗超濃厚滿足～厚切鵝肝多士，第一次自己燒，真係唔容易，不過燒完食到外脆內軟、入口即溶嘅鵝肝，又覺得份外滿足😋
