To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間日本過江龍嘅燒肉店一早已經想試好耐，主打一人一爐無煙燒肉，《美味快捷超值》，咁啱嗰日行開沙田經過就決定要試試平日中午都要等個半鐘左右，果然人氣十足，果次我同友人分別點左一份Like套餐同一份牛小排&牛板腱套餐，等左咁耐果然冇令人失望，價錢相當性價比高全部套餐都有白飯，泡菜，麵豉湯，牛肉好高質，食落又香又Juicy好香肉既油脂味，餐廳提供好幾款醬汁可以揀，我個人覺得辣豆瓣醬最配燒肉，太好食嘅關係，我地另外叫左份和牛扒試下，厚身大塊分量十足，和牛扒入口即溶，推介必試
