To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信大家對譚仔三哥米線絕不陌生，每次看見譚仔，所有分店都差不多經常滿座，真的是香港的傳奇餐廳。這晚放工後，打算一人在外面吃完晚餐才回家，想來想去都想不到吃什麼，就經過譚仔三哥，不如簡簡單單吃個米線。很久沒吃譚仔三哥，對我來說必點的是它們的炸醬，絕對是麵條的絕配！另外也很喜歡它們的雞肉片，很白很滑。就這樣兩個配料，才三十七元，以一個晚餐來說絕對很便宜啊。上菜時麵條熱辣辣，整碗的份量也很足，雞片一樣是想像中的滑，炸醬份量也很夠。在另外一些分店吃過有時連湯都不夠熱，這次是不錯的。簡單吃個譚仔有時也很滿足了！
