To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人突然間想食燒肉，隨意揀咗呢間，餐廳係用QR code點菜好方便👍Like套餐250g $125 （牛舌、牛五花、橫膈膜肉 + 迷你沙律 + 白飯150g）套餐份量以一人嚟講都算多，牛舌比較薄但口感唔錯唔會韌，牛五花唔好睇佢肥肉咁多，燒起嚟油脂香好食，橫膈膜肉肉質鮮嫩牛肉味重好食😋佢有唔同種類嘅醬汁任意配搭牛肉，不過牛肉本身都係醃咗，味道都濃郁，所以點少少就OK啦！反而加落白飯度會再開胃d😆沙律菜新鮮，紫菜湯正常👍整體嚟講，呢個價錢食到優質嘅牛肉真係好有驚喜，一個人唔知食乜嘅時候可以試吓，佢仲有唔同嘅套餐選擇架😎
