To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上水冇咩野食，朋友話想食燒肉，就同佢去左燒肉like。假期Lunch time排隊等左接近一個鐘，可能平日去食會好d…我地叫左牛五花同橫膈膜套餐，份量唔算多，女仔食剛好夠飽，但男仔可能要再追加多d肉。枱上放左好幾次款調味料，我地主要加海鹽、胡麻醬已經足夠。鋪內通風系統唔錯，食完出鋪頭都冇一陣味。

我地叫左牛五花同橫膈膜套餐，份量唔算多，女仔食剛好夠飽，但男仔可能要再追加多d肉。
