To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時成日見到門口好多人排隊，今日終於收早就即刻過去食。大概等左15分鐘就入到去坐啦🤗好彩我早左到轉頭未夠七點門口已經好多人😚咁我就揀左LIKE套餐 250kg 入面就有【牛舌·牛五花·橫膈膜肉·泡菜·麻油海帶湯·配上木魚絲紫菜生蛋飯】三個部位入邊我最鍾意橫膈肉，肉味濃又夠淋，牛舌好味有嚼頭，牛五花半肥瘦，食落去又唔會老，口感唔錯👍🏻餐廳提供左好多種醬料任君選擇😚我自己就鍾意黑椒&鹽同埋蒜香醬油🤗點埋牛肉一齊食就冇咁Dry😂仲好好餸飯添🤣不得不讚佢個湯好夠味之餘仲夠哂熱 正👍🏻另外，餐廳仲有好多款雞牛豬選擇有時間都會再黎再試吓😋
