Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛腹胸(最上的兩片)顏色最深,油花也最少, 食落接近我地平時食既牛扒;牛味重,有一絲野性的血腥味,厚度也令人過癮,似乎比牛肋肉更加補血氣!💪

牛腹胸總算Hold得住重口味的蒜蓉醬或辣醬,有d後悔無叫啤酒添!🍻

食完先見到相入面隻碟殘留些許油漬,雖然我完全唔介意,但清潔方面都希望可以仔細少少,以免有礙觀瞻嘛😅


用完優惠後埋單不到三百,對比日本食到既三百蚊燒肉尚有一段距離,不過在香港,三百蚊有咁豪華的和牛燒肉食,知足了。


重點:黑松露月見汁居功至偉,如果你想頹食而有feel,記得叫埋佢助陣呀🤟🏻🤟🏻
