已好幾年沒來這荃灣的打冷名店,今天帶娘娘見識一下。剛坐下,小吃已來,先叫個啤酒,吃點小食“拍黃瓜”和“醃蘿蔔”,微辣,夠味夠脆,雖然簡單,開胃,過癮。打冷,只兩個人,要什麼都可以吃點,一份“鹵水雜拼”少不了。它有墨魚、豬腸、豬腩肉、豬頭肉、紅腸、鵝腸、大豆芽、鵝腎,遺憾的是沒無豆腐、鹵水蛋、鹵水鵝,費解,但味道還可。意猶未盡,多點了一份“蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦”,夠大隻,新鮮,味道也不錯,但油太多,墊底的粉絲吃不了,太肥!今天只算合格,也許太晚來了,下回請早。

意猶未盡,多點了一份“蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦”,夠大隻,新鮮,味道也不錯,但油太多,墊底的粉絲吃不了,太肥!
