以為食韓國野一定無死,就算唔好食應該都唔會差得去邊,今日遇到呢間舖衝擊到我對韓國食物嘅認知。首先入到去個個都忙,企左好耐都無人打算招呼我,好在侍應態度都幾好,挽回少少分數。坐底後就睇餐牌,見到樣樣都好想食,就隨量叫左幾樣試下。首先黎嘅係泡菜炒飯,侍應會喺我地面前整,倒蛋醬撒芝士再用火燒,其實好擔心佢個火會整到自己,因為都幾近下,而且燒嘅時候好熱,燒好後佢撈均就可以食了。啲飯可以拉起一條條芝士幼絲,食落口飯質都幾濕,味道還可以但唔算好特別。炸紫菜包飯,佢話係釜山獨有口味,一咬,舊野係無味的,就算點左野都改變唔到無味嘅事實,入面淨係得蘿蔔絲,然後就咩都無,唔叫好過叫。三色煎餅,泡菜煎餅喺我印象中係好味嘅,但呢間嘅出品真係難以接受。三色分別係泡菜,葱同南瓜。全部好似無煎過就上碟咁,咬落又濕又粉,唔知想點,完全對唔住個價錢。芝士排骨,同泡菜炒飯個做法一樣,喺面前燒再用芝士包好每條排骨,但事實上無需要包住,因為芝士同排骨唔太夾,而且排骨太咸了。
