6-2-2022  (Sun)同老公買餸,佢話買叉燒嚟炒蛋,原本去宏泰,但見越嚟越多人,就唔幫趁住,行去燒味館睇,老公話個樣好似唔得,於是行嚟新開嘅呢間,已經有條人龍.我睇到價錢係$128.00一斤,比燒味館貴$10.00.我哋排咗好耐,聽到前面嘅女士講呢喥嘅燒味全部都好味,咁我同老公商量,既然排咗咁耐,淨係買叉燒好似好唔抵,不如買多一樣,老公就話燒肉.好的.終於到我哋喇,由於見到再之前嗰個客人買嘅叉燒差唔多有一斤,於是心中有數買幾多,就決定要半斤,然後要埋沙梨篤嘅燒肉,店員指俾我睇係邊舊,我就叫師傅切2吋厚嘅啦.最後叉燒係$65.00,燒肉係$60.00,睇吓張單,原來我哋啱啱等咗半個鐘至買到.返到屋企,同老公急不及待試食.叉燒唔肥,口感係鬆化亦食到蜜汁味,但似茶樓蒸叉燒腸嗰種質素,呢個唔係我杯茶.味道:3分而燒肉呢?全瘦嘅,唔太鹹,個皮好脆,但有少少燒過龍嘅焦味.味道:3.5分服務:老闆會企喺喥 睇住條分成兩截嘅人龍,唔俾人打尖.
