To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 善慶街,不是正式的街道,是一條樓梯街。雖然中上環有好多這類的街,但一條位置隔攝約50米的街內有六間食肆以上,又不能拍車,無實力又點生存 ?當日朋友看到社交平台介紹該餐廳,剛巧我們要去上環就順便去試吓。辦完事情過已下午三點,好在他們無落場仲有得食。店內還兩枱客。侍應生是土生南亞裔,一口流利廣東話,溝通不成障礙。無論社交平台或侍應都推介必食~龍蝦湯牛角包。當然要試,另外點了~蘋果玉桂牛角包、黑松露流心蛋意粉、西班牙豬腩配蘋果蓉。飲品方面~富士山下和提拉米蘇味特飲。牛角包 : 都是自家制的,所以有多種餡料配襯,盡管是急涷酥皮加入自家饀料,效果都非常好,牛角包層次內𥚃蜂巢紋理分明。蘋果玉桂煮成糊狀,切開時小小流心效果,味道不太酸,不太甜,輕輕玉桂味三者之中十分平衡。至於𢸍店之寶,龍蝦湯本身比得上高級酒店出品好濃好濃的。松露意粉 : 亦處理非常恰當,雖然松露是高級食材,但不是多就叫好,因為好多食店都好重手只食到松露的味道。這裡意粉烚得剛剛好,流心蛋亦流心無過龍,最重要是黑松露醬的份量合到好處,有松露的香味但沒有蓋過其他食材。西班牙豬腩 : 相信是慢煮後再煎香,帶皮厚厚一件無嘜肥的豬腩,十成熟食落

西班牙豬腩 : 相信是慢煮後再煎香,帶皮厚厚一件無嘜肥的豬腩,十成熟食落有豬肉香味,又不會 (鞋颯颯)有咬口和肉汁。驚喜在豬皮一邊,有一陣中式南乳的咸香,令整個食物加添了層次
。伴碟蘋果醬是跟牛角色的相同。

兩杯飲品 : 論賣相/影相可選富士山下,論味道可選提拉米蘇特飲。
相信此店還有好多美味可以發掘的。
