食家同事最叻打邊爐,佢尤其對海鮮有研究。今次拉大隊去食海鮮火鍋,我非常期待!我地一行12人book 8點半,但成9點半先齊人上菜。老闆一啲都無黑面,仲當我地九點後入坐,送咗碟煮蜆比我地食!我地由8點幾坐到2 3點,都無趕我地走。聽說佢地每晚每檯只做一輪,所以我地先可以飲飽食醉到凌晨!我地叫咗個 B 餐,有波士頓龍蝦,法國麵包蟹,蘇格蘭聖子,日本大元貝,沙巴龍躉片,韓國鮮鮑魚,鹿兒島黑豚肉,本地肥牛同蔬菜籃。野食都擺到成檯都係!龍蝦、蟹、蟶子同元貝全部都大大隻!仲有我地食家首領睇住個時間幫我地煮, 確保唔會過熟!所有食材都非常新鮮,根本呢個價錢喺出面食唔到。湯底方面,我地叫咗粥底同蕃茄薯仔湯底。蕃茄係食家同事次次都叫,堅正嘅。今次我地多人,我建議加多個粥底,因為粥底配海鮮係一流嘅!最後緊係無做錯決定啦。臨尾個粥係充滿住蟹同龍蝦鮮味,濃郁到完全解析唔到,個個雙眼發光,個個嘩嘩!但切忌放肉類,尤其係牛,會破壞咗個粥底架。我地海鮮類就粥底,菜呀,肉呀就茄底。我地12人飲左12支啤酒,食到飽到上心口,加埋碗粥,滿足到呢~ 呢一餐人頭費嘅價錢,計埋酒水,每人只需$300 ,呢個價錢,點會唔 enc
