To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

父親節諗住食個自助餐慶祝吓。。。嚟咗呢間Courtyard Marriott. 折完$520位，覺得完全中伏。選擇少，食物質素唔得，服務又唔好。海鮮只得幾款揀，refill 非常慢，啲蟹仲要係梅嘅！壽司每次得嗰幾碟仔，一出不需20秒就攞晒，另外從來未見過咁少嘢食嘅沙律吧。 冇粉面檔，剩係得一款意粉。 一個月之前我先至去咗金鐘嗰間Marriott，完全兩回事。知道courtyard檔次會低啲，但係冇諗到咁差，唔會再去。
