To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮庭每日早茶同下午茶時間都會企滿人等位,早茶系早上8點至11:30,下午茶系下午2點至4點,所有小中大點一律賣22蚊,而特點,粥,腸粉,盅頭飯都也是一律28蚊。經濟實惠,唔怪得咁多人來食。其實可以用food gulu apps預先拎號,咁就晤洗浪費時間企定定響度啦潮州點心的並不算多款,不過均一價22蚊,都算系咁啦。今天我地主要糸來飲茶食點心,點左幾樣野,不過等到頸都長,一樣都未來,周圍食客都有不停催單,有d混亂吖。終於,焗叉燒菠羅包上左來,我地已經等到好肚餓,一人一個食包包,筷子一夾,d酥皮已經碎開,好鬆軟!新鮮滾熱辣吖!咪講笑!叉燒醬汁好糖心咁流出來,容不易食晒一個!一個人多三個都可以的!哈哈,可能夠熱辣卦,所以要趁熱食!呢個潮州糯米包,就普通左了,同超市賣果d,自家蒸,冇太大分別。潮州粉粿,蟹籽燒賣,不過不失,好大粒,系ok既,不過真的沒有太特別。三色腰豆糕,如果你貪得意,都可以試下。但如果你對糕品要求好高,咁少點一樣都可以,因為佢有d普通。准山黑松露素餃,如果佢唔講黑松露,反而我會比佢高分,因為口感嫩滑,皮薄而Q,食到淮山的綿密,比粉粿特別。但可惜,真的真的真的冇咩黑松露味。
