今次食中菜，嚟到旺角嘅明閣，係米芝蓮一星食府，一於試吓佢嘅摘星名菜🤩 明閣八小碟豬手滷得好腍，鴨舌有淡淡嘅wasabi味，海蜇爽口唔腥；其他小碟都唔錯。藍天使蝦黑椒粉絲煲🦐粉絲索晒蝦嘅鮮味，好乾爽入味！蝦肉實淨彈牙。黑椒辣辣哋，令成個粉絲煲更惹味。遠年陳皮煎雞🐓明閣精選美饌😋即叫即煎，雞皮十分脆口。醬汁好香陳皮味，煎雞蘸上陳皮汁，甘香醇厚。西班牙黑毛豬東坡肉🐖🌟米芝蓮一星菜式！東坡肉入口即溶，肥而不膩。醬汁醋同糖嘅比例啱啱好，酸酸甜甜。東坡肉切落去嘅時候係啜刀㗎！可見個膠質係幾咁重！🤤 啫啫蝦乾蝦膏芥蘭煲🥬蝦乾同蝦膏勁香，芥蘭青脆嫩綠，清甜唔澀口。兩面黃炒麵魚肉嫩滑，洋蔥甜脆。炒麵香口，夠乾身。中間嘅麵條吸收芡汁，口感豐富👍🏻
