To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上年媽媽同爸爸生日都來這裡,食完回味無窮,今年再來這裡同媽媽慶祝生日,但食品都加了價,而且無好好味的玉龍太子餃,同四季有得比!1) 金箔蝦餃$62/4件:好食2) 紅米珍珠鴨$68/2件:珍珠雞同類,只不過用了紅米+糯米,鴨肉代替,同埋用鴨肝代替蛋黃3) 蜜汁叉燒(例)$188/碟:ok啦!滿福樓好食d4) 龍門炒米$178/碟:好大碟但比較乾身,用芹菜炒好香5) 茶錢$25/位:清香今年係中銀白金卡有折,可惜本身沒有呢!
