To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正所謂一日之計在於晨!至於點樣先至有一個好嘅早晨呢?就係可以食一個開心嘅早餐今朝早同同事喺將軍澳做完嘢,大家都好肚餓,但又過咗11點好多餐廳都已經冇早餐set了。咁岩行過見到呢間韓國餐廳,地方好闊落,而佢嘅早餐時段去到11:30am,所以就決定入去食啦!佢嘅一早餐選擇都好多,又想食麵又想食炒滑蛋,最後我揀咗一個野菌沙嗲牛肉麵轉米粉,個店員推介話加$6可以加埋炒滑蛋,咁就滿足晒我兩個願望啦!佢嘅沙嗲牛肉同其他茶餐廳有少少唔同,不過湯底唔咸,食物都足料!佢嘅炒滑蛋,應該加咗牛乳所以隻蛋好滑又帶出奶味,都幾唔錯!總結一下,呢一度嘅店員好細心,會幫你諗下點樣最慳到錢又食到鍾意嘅野!地方好大唔使同人迫,價錢都合理。唯獨是係如果可以執乾淨啲地方就更好啦
