To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來一早起身去到嘅機場，係冇乜嘢食架。可能需要入到禁區裏面先至有餐廳吧但係我哋預早好多時間仲約埋團友，所以都係諗住喺機場出邊食咗先唯有去到呢間餐廳啦，好彩都仲有。今次飛去嘅地方係好多美食㗎，但係出發之前都係好想食個靚早餐嚟迎接新嘅旅行一天食早餐一定要飲咖啡，呢度熱咖啡latte幾唔錯㗎。炒蛋同埋沙律菜，仲有個濃湯通粉。補充咗一日嘅體力，開啟到去旅行的節奏。希望今次旅程順順利利應該得到嘅都得到，最緊要係安全平安同團友有一個美好嘅回憶。
