由淺入深就是日本料理的風格,先來個炭燒日本蕃茄,蕃茄的甜度驚人,輕燒後有著炭燒香味,入口清甜且多汁,確實是個好前奏。

這個組合最適合佐酒,肥美的吞拿魚蓉加入他他,香脆米通令口感昇華了不少,吞拿魚相當肥美也不見會太膩滯。

|黑豚肉莆燒|
內正題,日本菜有精緻的美譽絕非虛名,就好像這道黑豚肉燒,也不是簡單之作。薄薄的黑豚肉包住細細的薑粒與蔥粒,調味之餘又能加添口感與賣相。配上海鹽與麵豉醬,客人自選配搭。沾上海鹽入口有種自然的味道,最能發揮食材本身的味道。而麵豉醬則加添了和風的感覺,兩者各有千秋。

這倒是挺surprise的組合,蔬果配搭由麵豉醬加蟹汁製成的蟹味噌,別出心栽同時又風味絕佳,能帶出蔬菜的鮮味同時又像是在火鍋

最後來點米飯,就是海膽及三文魚燒飯團。外層微焦帶出飯團的香味,飯紥實又帶煙韌彈性,而海膽及三文魚的組合是黃金配搭,拌著飯團吃怎能不叫人開懷?
