To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日忽然好想食buffet, 近近地去屋企附近既麗豪酒店濠餐廳。澳門美食做主題，估唔到有驚喜！第一次酒店自助餐有韓式飲品任飲，好濶佬。第二有熱辣辣燒乳豬食，皮脆肉嫩，加埋乳豬醬，我都忍唔住口，一出爐就夾。仲有蟹粥，又香又綿。仲有葡撻，芒果西米露同豆腐花。第三，有埋自助火鍋，好新奇。老公話火鍋既蝦仲好食過凍蝦，因為佢鍾意食熱辣辣嘅嘢。肥牛亦夠肥美。食完生冷嘢再打邊爐，正！第四，刺身唔洗排，凍海鮮亦不斷fill up.第五，有movenpick 雪糕，2種味任簡。第六，中場有人搖鈴，竟然有火焰雪糕蛋糕，唔洗爭，大大件一定夠分。最後，買單後竟然有驚喜，每當有人講個小小嘅朱古力火鍋，出面仲有棉花糖同水果做配料。真係一次過滿足晒你所有既願望。
