大年初九飲午茶,幸好11:00前到達,否則有排等。很有懷舊風的格調,坐在靠牆壁長廊的座位沒有壓迫感。開茶後,餐前咸菜也奉上。峨嵋龍眼包,因為個包名吸引,所以要一籠看看。打開峨嵋龍眼包的謎團,吃到梅菜肉鬆的餡料,又挺好味道喎!我沒有品嚐炸銀絲卷。北京韮王肉絲炒拉麵,用了很奪目的色調醬料炒,味道帶甜,沒有炒麵的香可能是與拉麵有關。表面平平的無錫灌湯小籠包。小心翼翼夾起灌湯小籠包,看到小籠包的湯在薄薄的包皮裏盪漾,盪漾........太有驚喜了!第一次吃到咁味道濃郁的灌湯小籠包,感覺喜悅!香滑奶黃包,沒有流沙,很失望!香脆魷魚鬚雖然都算香脆,但唔熱騰騰,唔夠上火囉!土蛋炒蠔珠未上枱前以為是煎蠔餅之類,原來是滑蛋煑蠔仔,蠔仔煑熟成粒粒珠仔咁,很可愛又好吃!千層咖啡糕,滑滑又有咖啡香味,不錯!服務挺不錯,可能太多顧客,上點心要等得比較耐。
