兩餸飯以前俾人嘅感覺係窮人糧尾恩物,但今時今日嘅兩餸飯真係唔講得笑,分分鐘要出咗糧先食得起。之前見人介紹過呢間一龍蝦兩餸王,咁啱今日喺隔離街買法式布甸,就順道嚟幫襯下呢間名貴兩餸飯。好彩今日嚟到,時間尚早,仲有齊龍蝦、鮑魚、蒸扇貝,聽講一晏咗就會賣晒。另外仲有其他家常菜,賣相都相當吸引。因為今日屋企冇煤氣,阿媽話煮唔到餸,所以佢就負責準備白飯,我就負責加餸。第一次食兩餸飯係有龍蝦伊麵,味道完全有中式酒樓嘅級數,半邊龍蝦夠新鮮,肉質非常彈牙,而且算係幾好肉,而伊麵就用龍蝦汁燴過,非常夠味。蒜蓉蒸扇貝嘅粉絲超多而且又夠入味,扇貝都好新鮮,加埋蒜蓉真係夠晒惹味。蒸鮑魚就帶有淡淡的陳皮香,同埋佢呢隻鮑魚都算係幾大隻,非常彈牙。除咗豪食海鮮,當然都要食吓家常菜。鎮江骨味道調得啱啱好,而且排骨都相當嫩滑唔嚡口。梅菜扣肉撈飯就最一流,佢相對地冇咁多肥肉,食起嚟都健康啲。呢間一龍蝦兩餸王真係非常精彩,感覺簡直好似去咗中式酒樓一樣,下個月出糧一定會再去過。
