成日聽啲同事講話呢間嘢好正,啲魚生好新鮮,今日終於有機會親身一試晨早11點鐘就嚟度,啱啱開門咋,啲店員仲擺緊檔,我都忍唔住問一問其實開門未啲薯餅同魚賣相超吸引,其實好想食,不過今次target係魚生外賣刺身份份都好靚,好有衝動買番去俾同事食睇完menu,我揀咗特式四色丼,因為有我最愛嘅三文魚,赤蝦,又可以試下啲海膽鮮唔鮮,仲有蟹棒可以食好大碗,其實我真係食唔晒成個飯,但係啲主菜當然清晒啦!首先,海膽,一望個顏色都知道新鮮,一啲都唔腥,都算鮮甜;赤蝦,超大隻又新鮮,啖啖肉;蟹棒,我就覺得稍為咸咗啲;而三文魚,係厚切架,好肥美隨丼附送海帶三文魚麵豉湯,好足料,真係有成舊三文魚喺入面,成個麵豉湯嘅味道係好豐富同事推介芝士龍蝦同燒魚,不過今次真係食唔落,好飽喇,下次再試
