To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我發覺每一區都梗有一間”表表姐”嘅酒店, 就好似東涌咁, 提起高質buffet, 實係唸起SkyCity Marriott嘅Sky Bistro, 好方便地喺東涌地鐵站有Free Shuttle, 仲要係每半個鐘一班嘅大車🚌, li期做緊”Seafood Fiesta”(去到9月), 好吸引bor.>6點入場, 估唔到樓底高地方大, 有好幾張超高privacy嘅圓型”包廂”, 目測都已reserved. 我地坐近窗口, 枱與枱之間夠闊非常Cozy. >睇下有咩海鮮🦞🦐🦀🐟: 超正有波士頓龍蝦, 藍青口, 長腳蟹, 海蝦, 瀨尿蝦, 翡翠螺, 小龍蝦, 生蠔🤤🤤🤤. 身為生蠔控嘅我一口氣呑下半打新鮮生蠔, 來自紐西蘭嘅生蠔非常creamy, 旁邊就係沖乾淨生蠔嘅counter, 0蠔殻碎juicy. 海蝦, 小龍蝦, 勁易離殻又多肉; 貼心預備鉸剪for長腳蟹同瀨尿蝦, 好易handle啖啖肉; 波士頓龍蝦🦞食左足足一整隻, 一叉就起嘅龍蝦肉實在太新鮮了, 真心食兩round已值回票價👍🏻.>醎點有即整麵Station, 各款海鮮, Rib Eye, 黃金蝦enc
