今次已經係我第二次幫襯呢一間餐廳,我入去時餐廳沒有爆滿,仲有五至六張枱,7:18pm已經在系統落完單,兩杯飲品很快到,但食物最終遲咗1小時才到。中間我已經催促了兩至三次,侍應回應我廚房做緊,及已催促了廚房,我已經問可唔可以退款(如果廚房未煮),最終有位侍應小姐回覆我,因為啲單亂咗,但系統又唔可以退款(因為佢係掃QR code落訂就直接去埋付款),最終佢賠償咗五件炸雞俾我們,但佢遲得太離譜,我亦唔係想食炸雞,如果我想食炸雞我就已經落咗order啦,總之就浪費咗我一家的時間,真係一肚火
