首次涉足裝修後的美麗華, 除了名店多, 食店也不少, 連謝霆鋒的風味曲奇也進駐了。今晚我跟同學敘舊選了美麗華商場的 MY DAY 吃這個海鮮拼盤半自助餐。裝潢大方得體, 美輪美奐, 頗有5星級酒店的氣派。場外的長形大露臺可供賓客婚宴拍照或租來開私人派對露台仲有無敵日落美景, 好正呀。海鮮半自助餐價錢又唔系好貴, 由$268-368不等, 包一個海鮮拼盤、主菜、飲品、甜品及自助餐湯、冷盤、沙律及生果。自助bar先來海鮮冷盤, 賣相相當吸引, 望落顏色鮮豔, 頗新鮮, 其實我都幾鍾意食海鮮冷盤, 無需落任何調味料, 比較原汁原味, 就系食海鮮本身嘅鹹鮮。海鮮冷盤2位用~龍蝦 x 1~凍蝦 x 4~海螺 x 4~青口 x 4~長蟹腳 x 4龍蝦青膏不少, 凍食原來都好香滑, 龍蝦肉非常新鮮, 爽口彈牙, 鹹鹹地, 鮮味十足, 比起清湯或芝士焗龍蝦好食好多。海螺肉唔韌, 冰涼脆口, 點少許芥末醬油提味更好食。凍蝦隻隻大過手指, 色澤嫩紅, 同樣爽彈鮮美。青口沒有苦澀味道, 肉質juicy嫩口, 青口中佢算好好食。長蟹腳長蟹腳最好食當然係蟹鉗, 拆殼後.....一口咬落去, 一梳梳的蟹肉, 鮮爽

香煎深海比目魚配原隻南非鮑魚 ($328)
既然海鮮冷盤冇鮑魚及魚, 主菜我便叫了一個鮑魚比目魚餐, 酒店級的presentation, 分子泡沫西芹頭忌廉汁更顯高貴, 連配菜都係用bb蘆筍, 但價錢又唔系好貴喎, 堅抵食。

比目魚 ~ 廚師用鹽醃過才拿去煎, 魚肉肉質結實, 鹹香濕潤, 不鞋口, 魚煎得脆脆的, 完全唔腥。
南非鮑魚 ~ 當然無日本吉品鮑般有糖心, 鮑魚味都算濃, 勝在軟彈煙韌, 咬吓咬吓, 咬出鹽鮮。
紅花汁薯蓉/蘆筍/藍青口 ~ 紅花汁淡淡的清優, 最愛清香少鹹型的味道, 藍青口嫩滑, bb蘆筍好爽嫩。

甜品拼盤
真係冇諗過二百零~三百零蚊嘅海鮮餐, 2人份的甜品會大堆頭兼製作認真到這地步, 我朋友系甜品控, 見到咁多款式, 開心到癲咗。

整體甜品很不錯, 最好係全部唔過甜, MY DAY 甜品師父深明女士愛吃又怕肥的道理, 再者太甜食2件己膩到唔想再食, 微甜而加深甜品主食材的味道才是甜品的至勝之道。

法式燉蛋~香滑有蛋香, 甜度啱啱好。
奶凍~冰涼香滑
班尼蛋糕~朱古力濃香
紐約芝士蛋糕 ~ 完全唔hea, 芝士味夠濃, 擁有鬆硬的身驅, 硬又點會鬆呢?蛋糕硬淨但用叉一叉, 餅身即鬆化而開, 正!最怕嗰啲軟的, 一叉....芝士蛋糕癡實曬個叉....黐立立....
綠茶蛋卷 ~ 呢件好正, 清香綠茶, 又唔甜膩。

相信係普通餐廳都冇可能用呢個價錢食到咁高質素嘅海鮮, 更何況在尖沙咀呢?呢個海鮮半自助餐超抵食!
