To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見有新冰室開幕,初時人山人海,等熱潮退卻後試一試,想叫個瑞士雞翼撈丁,但售罄,轉食生滾牛肉伊面,加炒蛋多士。點知就出事。整個餐最正常的竟然是多士,鬆脆但厚度是一磅八塊的方飽厚度,十分一般。炒蛋質地有點怪,像加了一點液體在蛋漿中,然後液體蒸發後的效果。食入口真的有點怪。最後上埋個面,即食伊麵有伊麵味,生滾牛肉竟然是薑絲牛肉,再配上芥蘭頭,成個面有薑絲的辣味再配以芥蘭頭的苦味,正是我第二天飲茶上嚐到生滾粥的味道。不幸的是在這碗麵裏發生。不得不提是招牌的拉絲菠蘿包,店內廣告的拉絲效果,在我隔離兩檯有叫的都沒有出現。反而是見到爆漿,佢哋狼狽不而。這樣食物的出品,希望負責人是沒有親身試過就大手製作出來,若然試過咁都攞出嚟俾人食,生意太易做了。下次?不了。
