雖然我只係新手,但我好小俾食評幾乎全部都滿分!最近想搵上海菜試,朋友就介紹左同我黎呢間度試下。首先環境舒適,服務態度都幾好。門口仲可以泊車,當然有冇咁容易有位就係另外一個問題啦。話晒附近就圍都有食肆,仲有間皇雀會喺隔離添。噫,死喇!有點離題~講返啲美食先!食上海野就梗係一定要試小籠包啦!雖然要等15-20分鐘,但真係即刻蒸噃,等一陣絕對值得!叫左冷盤食住等根本唔夠時間添,師傅蒸多陣丫。至於味道簡直一流,湯汁會有爆汁嘅感覺,皮算薄但又唔會穿。只係必須建議大家一上枱就即刻消滅左佢係最明智嘅決定(但當然要小心湯汁好熱)。如果唔係,吹得太耐冷氣一樣會變硬,特別係個頂。老實講小女子未遇到一間可以解決晒所有問題嘅小籠包,既要可以放到凍唔變硬,又要唔穿仲要好味真係有啲強人所難,所以呢度嘅小籠包係已經算好一流了。海哲皮真係好爽脆,夾起一條都可以咬到chok chok聲,麻油好香。正到暈!蒜蓉拍青瓜清甜爽口,蒜蓉睇落好似好小,但蒜嘅味道浸晒入啲青瓜度。不過最重要浸到入晒味都仲係咁脆口,認真難得!豬手唔記得左個名,用紹興酒浸過一上枱好重酒香。不過食嘅時候味道唔錯但又唔係酒味,好特別。豬手完全係可以一啖一下

五香牛展係朋友介紹的,但我唔知係咪我黑仔,啲筋位我咬唔郁之外食4塊有3塊都係肉質有點鞋的。只有1塊係好香牛肉味,又算林的。下次再試多次先!
京蔥炒牛肉,牛肉好林,京蔥很甜。可惜我冇叫飯,汁撈飯應該錯。
賽旁蟹蛋白很滑,仲加左乾貝柱絲令個汁好鮮甜,唔錯!
我覺得整體上都唔錯,有兩個小菜想下次再試,哈哈~
