愛周圍遊走的吃貨朋友帶我到粉嶺食好西,同時亦向我推介區內名物小店!舊式麵包店買少見少,取而代之是連鎖麵包店出品貨不對辦空氣感重的麵包!雞脾包其實在九龍區都見過,不過$8.5的價錢實在想不到不買的理由!斑蘭蛋糕色澤像抹茶,而且又是酥皮,值得一試。雞脾包麵包部份做得軟熟,熱烘烘地食味道更佳!雞脾體積像雞槌般,雞皮燒得脆,肉質有點點嚡不過尚算滑溜!斑蘭蛋糕挺飽肚,不過斑蘭味不太濃郁!面層的酥皮亦都偏淋身,整體一般。
