To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紅磡新開了一間酸菜魚專門店,最愛酸菜魚嘅細妹帶我來一試。招牌十三姨酸菜魚 (水晶粉底)$188很大盆的酸菜魚,我們要了小辣,辣度剛剛好,咀唇有啲麻痺感,感覺好過癮。魚用的是鱸魚,很滑溜,亦無魚骨,可以大啖大啖放心咁食。鍋中仲有好多爽口芽菜和酸菜呢,一口魚,一啖湯,令人回味無窮。寬粉質感煙煙韌韌,索了湯汁,真係好正。十三姨秘製雞翼(3隻)$24即叫即炸,上枱熱辣辣,外皮酥脆,肉質很嫩,唔會炸到勁乾,仲可以保持肉汁。手撕雞涼粉 $58愛辣的這個必食,雞唔係淨得雞胸,仲有雞髀肉,所以肉都好嫩,涼粉一條條的,質感比較易斷,並不是蒟蒻的煙韌,灑上大量花生,非常香口。紅糖滋粑 (4件) $36外層炸至脆卜卜,入面煙韌軟糯,非常鍾意呢個口感。沾上黑糖醬汁,味道升級。食酸菜魚,又點少得了酸梅湯和豆漿呢!服務員親切有禮,值得一讚。
