5/4(日) 8pm跟I小姐的不定期聚會,遷就其喜好,來頓馬拉風味菜.到了皇家太平洋的"沙嗲軒".預留了室內的座位,店內格局簡潔,餐桌間富一定空間.我倆以沙嗲半打$75,香辣賽螃蟹$75,星洲炒蘿蔔糕$75及海南雞飯$88作晚餐.沙嗲--雞,牛及豬各2串;以雞及豬肉串燒水準較對味,牛肉肉質則挺乾涸,幸而惹味濃稠的沙嗲醬助串燒活色生香!香辣賽螃蟹--說穿了其實是味微辛的洋蔥炒蛋,論回質感,面滑內粗糙的賽螃蟹帶點濕潤,下飯亦不俗.星洲炒蘿蔔糕--軟綿的蘿蔔糕加入菜甫,蝦粒及雞蛋同炒,層次複雜,味道討好!海南雞飯--過於熱切期待的海南雞飯,雞肉僅滑而沒烊香;油飯倒香軟略彈牙.侍應生笑臉稍欠,但服務還周到的.二百多塊的馬拉餐,一試無妨!

沙嗲--雞,牛及豬各2串;以雞及豬肉串燒水準較對味,牛肉肉質則挺乾涸,幸而惹味濃稠的沙嗲醬助串燒活色生香!

香辣賽螃蟹--說穿了其實是味微辛的洋蔥炒蛋,論回質感,面滑內粗糙的賽螃蟹帶點濕潤,下飯亦不俗.

星洲炒蘿蔔糕--軟綿的蘿蔔糕加入菜甫,蝦粒及雞蛋同炒,層次複雜,味道討好!

海南雞飯--過於熱切期待的海南雞飯,雞肉僅滑而沒烊香;油飯倒香軟略彈牙.

侍應生笑臉稍欠,但服務還周到的.二百多塊的馬拉餐,一試無妨!
