銅鑼灣樓上日本料理店比比皆是,今晚嚟到呢間主打"鹽"GE居酒屋。整親飯老闆都會熱情推介不同的酒與食物,但"鹽"GE介紹就冇乜 (X.X!!) 餐廳環境一般,燈光比較暗,餐碟同水杯亦以黑色為主,感覺有啲過沉~刺身係新鮮,特別係TORO同牡丹蝦,真係值得食。海胆一般有少少腥,叫刺身併盤抵過叫一板(一板要近$600)。食完原條魚刺身,用咗個頭做咗個MISO SOUP,裡面有好多菜同豆腐,好鮮甜軟殼蟹沙律亦做得到位~串燒方面整體不過不失,叫幾款佐酒無妨,但食完你唔會有記憶。老闆誠意推介的炸蛋天婦羅GIMMICK十足,外面係脆皮裡面係流心蛋黃,可惜今晚敗筆在於灑鹽不均最後每人一個鮮果雪芭,除咗椰子食到較近原物的味道外其他都只有糖水味,唔推薦!
