To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇到良心店介紹,專程黎食,晚市黎到唔洗排就有位。少食越南菜,睇圖以為蟹膏檬粉有真蟹膏,所以黎到見到類似蒸蛋咁樣係有少少失望,但一試個湯底就完全收服左我。 湯底係鮮蕃茄味,仲有大大個原個蕃茄,清新又香甜,配檬粉好夾。 另有扎肉、豆卜、豬紅好足料,越式蟹膏其實味道都唔錯,有淡淡蛋味,下次會再叫。吹波雞髀飯成個組合係好抵,足足有兩隻雞脾,略嫌炸得比較乾,但味道係正既,黃薑飯亦粒粒分明。豬扒法包超有驚喜,首先法包鬆脆絕對唔硬,餡料口感味道都好有層次,以醃蘿蔔為主,間或食到少少惹味既豬扒,完全食唔停口。 住附近會想日日買黎做早餐,必須要叫份大既先夠喉。

吹波雞髀飯成個組合係好抵,足足有兩隻雞脾,略嫌炸得比較乾,但味道係正既,黃薑飯亦粒粒分明。
