To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友諗住頹食一個午餐，食大家樂，夠頹未？點知食着正嘢，！其實公司有canteen ,真係好少機會食到大家樂，平時食飯當然亦唔會約朋友食快餐店，所以大個之後其實根本好少食大家樂，今日終於有機會一嘗佢膾炙人口的焗豬扒飯。果然名不虛傳，厚切豬扒啖啖肉，焗飯上面的番茄汁甜酸適中，可能因為索咗豬扒的肉汁香味，所以有一種特別的味道！最邪惡就是那層分布平均（又厚又重）的芝士，簡直就係成個焗飯的靈魂！濃郁的芝士，彈牙的豬扒，滋味可口的番茄汁，再撈啖焗飯，真的沒想過味蕾可以在大家樂之中能如此的感動過！從此以後我可以將大家樂列入我約朋友食飯的餐廳名單？朋友叫咗個類似好似叫做海鮮蛋包飯，真係要睇清楚啲先知道知佢冇比錯個飯你，呢個係佢聲稱的蛋包飯，如果大家係想食一個類似忌廉湯（淡）淋落啲飯度，中間有片煎蛋的東西，不妨一嘗。
