To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一試難忘的豬手

喺MegaBox行街行到攰，一定會入去IKEA的梳化坐下，但一入門口已經聞到餐廳傳來震震香味！點餐全自助形式，好似學校canteen，先攞手推車同餐盤排隊，然後橫掃美食，再去收銀署俾錢。全部份量大大件，免加一，經濟又實惠。豬手超大件，一個人一定食唔晒。豬皮炸得好脆，多骨膠原，內好淋，無得彈。底下仲好多酸菜，薯仔亦非常飽肚。三件羊架都好淋，食落去有少少羶味。最有心思係面頭的黑魚子醬，立即升級！二人份量拼盤包兩杯飲品任添，可以揀可樂、忌廉、芬達、七喜、檸檬茶。可能放得太來，雞鎚同魷魚圈已經唔熱，有點失色。總結：豬手最抵食，差不多枱枱都有一隻！🐷🐷🐷
