To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 作為燒肉嘅fans, 牛角又點可以錯過。今次試左Mira嘅牛角, 兩個人嘅level 4。當然,牛角亦都無令我失望。一開始先試左牛肉,牛角嘅牛種類基本上有澳洲牛同美國牛,而兩種牛各有特色,都啱我嘅口味。跟著就有試其他類型嘅野食, e.g. 牛油粟米。整體上嘅食材都非常新鮮, 而且上菜嘅速度比想像中快 ( 因為太多顧客)。食完主食之後,就當然到甜品時間。甜品嘅種類算多,口味都合乎大眾要求。而整體上, waiter嘅服務態度算為中上, 所以整個進食體驗都非常良好。最後埋單價都係合理範圍。所以,牛角真係幾值得推薦去一試燒肉放題。
