To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我已經去過數之不盡咁多次，今日路過大本營又再食。今次點左腩肉墨丸清湯，因為本人好唔食得辣，但唔知點解食落都係有小小麻辣味。先講下個湯，味道鮮甜，咸味適中，令人回味無窮，一飲就唔停得口。其次係腩肉，本身已經有小小咸咸地，食落口感好好，一層肥肉一層瘦肉，兩者混合互補不足。再者，墨丸有四大粒，粒粒都爽口彈牙，里面仲有好多細細塊既墨魚肉，感覺好充實，好足料。最後係個米線，份量好多，自問唔大食既人最好叫少米，而米線表面很滑，咬落去有小小韌性，配搭埋其他餸，口感異常地豐富。
