To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人食野，咁都冇咩所謂！聽到同事話食呢間，心癢癢又去食！一去到有人等位，攞飛後，去個洗手間就到我了！見到個餐牌，都好吸引！就叫咗個三哥酸辣湯底（小辣）+炸醬同豬肝米線！米線黎到，湯係幾好食，夠味、夠辣！炸醬好味，豬肝唔實，好野！又講講服務，我個人覺得麻麻，因為以下原因：1.掟碗（上任何野都會砰砰聲的）2.我本來叫中辣，佢好好心提我，怕我食唔到！但我覺得可以客氣少少既！3.我剛食飽放低雙筷，講都唔信，2秒內有人問竹要唔要，我收走佢！有效率都唔駛咁呀！環境間間差不多，沒話好說！但要成4x元又好似貴咗d喎！
