To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺門口研究咗一陣，見到佢都好多街坊幫襯，下午茶又夠抵食， 入去試試下午茶都有海南雞飯($39)，的確少見，落單嘅時候同老闆講唔要雞胸， 總共至少講咗兩次，最尾都係畀咗雞胸，其實如果唔要雞胸要加錢可以出聲，海南雞冇乜特別似貴妃雞焗豬扒意粉($39)，意粉上面擺件又嚡又乾嘅豬扒上面pat一pat醬拎入去焗迷你福建炒飯($39)其實都唔算迷你，都好大碟，但係個芡做得好差，一pat嘢咁，仲有好多鑊燶關於衛生方面，食食下嘢阿嬸喺隔離掃地，有人食緊飯最好唔好掃地唔係常識嚟㗎咩食飯變咗食塵掃完之後用勁大浸漂白水拖地，差啲連飯都噴埋出嚟，好聲好氣同佢講可唔可以等客人食完再拖地，但冇理過，其他檯嘅客人都要縮腳畀佢拖地
