親戚係加拿大返嚟探親,陪阿媽去酒店見過面,有大有細有老有嫩,最方便就係酒店樓下食。圃公館屬於農圃飯店集團,食物質素有保證,而且座位闊落,大家都坐得舒服,地方乾淨俐落,擺枱細心講究親戚想食特色火鍋,經理就推介我哋試吓一鍋兩食的金牌酸菜筍殼魚鍋 $368,筍殼魚一向索價都不便宜,這個價錢確實抵食。味道酸辣適中,筍殼魚肉鮮甜幼滑,入口柔軟,基本上沒有太多骨,啖啖肉。連湯底都好好飲。魚肉食完之後,加湯就可以變身火鍋,我哋中點選了本地新鮮雞,$144 半隻,新鮮而且肉質鮮嫩。肉類之外,手打丸質素都不錯。特色四式丸 $128 ,我最喜歡墨魚丸,乒乓波咁大粒,入口彈牙多汁。鮮蝦雲吞 $98,真材實料,大大隻鮮蝦。特別要了一份四川粉條$48,把湯底的精華都吸收了,香辣刺激。吃飽正餐當然就到甜品時間,我想食個楊枝甘露,估唔到上枱嘅時候充滿仙氣感覺,果然夠晒排場,好有驚喜感覺。
