To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間唔知點解可以存在嘅舖頭

其實對於連鎖餐廳，都唔會有期望，諗住快快食完算，完全當快餐咁食嘅心態，但係。。。係度真係食到嬲嬲豬態度極差：“唔該請問仲有幾張枱度呀？” “未到呀，等下啦！”依間分店有顯示器，見到佢唔係順住#嗌，先出聲問，都算啦，星期五晚大家都攰衛生問題嚴重：入去坐，張枱+餐牌+坐位痴立立，仲有食物碎碎，疫情下唔係都要消毒嫁咩？其間有去過其他分店，環境係乾淨嫁食物問題：芝脆豆腐餅，望落去好似嘔吐物，食落去唔脆，又油淋淋，2個人每人試一啖就唔食啦米線套餐，唔知係心理因素定係咩，餸非常少，都係同之前食過嘅經驗比較（2星期前係mk分店食過）冇左火腿同竹笙，店員話我地食左屈佢。。。因為之後有節目就懶得嘈落去土匪雞翼，上菜果陣跌左隻，佢話會補番隻，叫我地食住先，去度食完都唔見有。。。
